Cancellation Policy
✨ Appointment Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and must remain on file.
Clients who no-show an appointment may be required to pay a deposit before scheduling future appointments.
